Dr. Ajay Jain brings a rich and diverse background, blending extensive industrial experience with a deep commitment to societal development.

He earned his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. Over the course of 25 years, he held various roles in national and multinational corporations, including 11 years with the esteemed Maharatna PSU, GAIL (India) Ltd., and 14 years with Shell. His contributions spanned critical domains, reflecting his technical expertise and leadership skills

From an early age, Dr. Jain was driven by a profound question: What is the purpose of life? This quest intensified during his IIT days, where he connected with thought leaders such as Prof. P. L. Dhar, Prof. R. R. Gaur, and Prof. Satya. These interactions eventually led him to Shri A. Nagraj, the visionary behind Madhyasth Darshan.

In 2017, after serving the corporate sector for 25 years, Dr. Jain took break from active corporate life at the age of 47 to dedicate himself fully to contributing to society through Madhyasth Darshan. Since then, he has been deeply involved in its serious study as a student and has actively worked to promote Human Values through education.

  • Conducted various workshops on inculcating Human Values through Education for society

  • Conducted three-day Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for Engineering college faculty as AICTE State Coordinator at MNIT Jaipur, NIT Surat, PIT Udaipur, and SCET Surat.

  • Conducted three-day FDPs for UGC on Human Values at Guwahati and Pune.

  • Played a key role in establishing the Human Values Cell at Atmiya University, Rajkot

  • Serves as an Honorary Professor of Practice at Atmiya University for Human Values

  • Contributed to the Delhi Government's Happiness Project, conducting workshops for Delhi Government teachers.

  • Assisted in the study of Madhyasth Darshan books at various centers, including Abhyuday Sansthan (Hapur), Achhoti (near Raipur), and Manavteerth (near Bemetra, Chhattisgarh).

  • Recently organized a six-month-long evening class (5 pm to 9 pm) for the study of Madhyasth Darshan at SVNIT Guest House, Surat.

As a matter of personal policy, all these workshops are conducted as honorary service to society, aligning with his personal growth philosophy.

Dr. Jain was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in “Consciousness Development” by Atmiya University, Rajkot.

  • State Coordinator for Gujarat and Rajasthan under AICTE for Human Values.

  • Executive Council Member of Divya Path Sansthan (DPS), Amarkantak

  • Member of the Board of Governors (BOG) of Atmiya University, Rajkot.

  • Signed an MoU with Homi Bhabha State University (HBSU), Mumbai, as a member of DPS.

  • Member of the Board of Studies (BoS) at Atmiya University.

With a relentless drive for excellence, Dr. Ajay Jain’s objective remains to contribute meaningfully to organizations and society, leveraging his logical and analytical abilities alongside his deep commitment to human values and purposeful living.
